Dear Mr. Winkley & Employees: I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the excellent job of restoring my basement, which was damaged during the summer flooding. My damage occurred at the same time many surrounding areas received major damage. Never once was I made to feel my basement was any less important. All of the employees who worked at my house were extremely kind and courteous. There was someone there everyday to check on the equipment and see if there was anything more they could do. It seemed to me everyone went far beyond their job to see everything was done to my satisfaction. I certainly intend to recommend your company to anyone who might need the services you offer.
