Dear Jerry, Ryan went out of his way and did an awesome job for us with the carpet cleaning and spot cleaning. We were not even sure if we could salvage the carpet to sell our home. He did such a great job, our carpet looks almost new. Once again, it is the beautiful powder blue it once was. He also is a terrific public relations person. GREAT!
